Bioluminescence. Know about it? By definition, it's the generation and exhibiting of light by a living animal. There are different reasons that animals utilize this strategy. Case in point, the firefly utilizes bioluminescence to pull in mates. Like a "Well hello there good looking. You like what you see?". One type of squid can kick out a bioluminescent fog with a specific end goal to confound predators. Different creatures utilize their sparkle to attract other animals for food!
