Changes to reservation and cancellations can be made by phone at least 48 hours before departure to receive full refund of deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of activity, do not show up, or show up with less people than the reservation includes, full price of activity will still be charged. Trips may be cancelled due to inclement weather. If this occurs, your trip may be reschedule upon availability. Otherwise, your deposit will be refunded.
