ICACOS ISLAND BEACH IN FAJARDO PUERTO RICO

Icacos Island is an awesome little island about 20 minutes from the East coast of Fajardo Puerto Rico. There is plenty of light colored sand and space to relax and not feel cramped. On the weekends, you'll find the beach a little more crowded but there is still plenty of beach space. Unlike mainland Puerto Rico, this sand is much lighter in color.
There are no facilities on Icacos Island so make sure to come prepared. Many people bring their own grills even! If you'd like to snorkel there are some good reefs near the shore. You can get there by taking a water taxi ride or a snorkeling trip. Helpful Links
