Playita de Condado is a great little beach with some good snorkeling. There aren't many waves here and the snorkeling is good.

Luquillo SnorkelingLuquillo Beach has a good reef system that's awesome when the weather is right. The current here usually goes east to west.

Fajardo SnorkelingSeven Seas Beach has some AMAZING snorkeling. The reef system here goes from the right side of Seven Seas Bay all the way to the left side. There are also some great spots around Playa Escondida and Playa Colora.

Icacos SnorkelingThe western part of Icacos usually has the calmest water because the winds usually come out of the east and they are blocked by the island.
